What you're buying

One roll for one wedding: a camera for every guest, 27 shots each; table cards, a bar sign and a mirror cling to print; the count on the night, never the photos; your roll, developed the morning after; kept for 1 year, download it all anytime.

$59, sales tax included, paid once at checkout. Link, Stripe's merchant of record service, makes the sale, so Link's terms cover the payment and your receipt comes from Link. US weddings only, and the app needs a US App Store account.

Your account

The email you paid with is the account. You sign in with a link we email you; there is no password. Keep that inbox yours.

Refunds

Full refund if you ask before the first shot is taken: email hello@twentyseven.camera. Once guests start shooting, we don't refund. Because Link makes the sale, Link support can also handle a refund under Link's own policy.

Your photos

The photos are yours. We store them to run the roll and delete them 1 year after the wedding. Download them all anytime before then, and delete your account in the app whenever you like.

Our part

We keep every shot that reaches us, and the camera always tells a guest whether a shot has saved.

Changes

If these terms change, we email the address on your roll before they do.
